Prompt and accurate delivery is the key concern to our clients and is something we take very seriously. It’s an essential part of the service offered by Eximedia and where customers get first hand experience of our brand. This is the reason we operate our own fleet of branded vehicles with permanent drivers, smartly dressed and trained in good customer service. Our vehicles all run on LPG, making them greener than most used by our competitors.
A recent audit has revealed that 99.2% of products were fulfilled on a next day service for products found within our catalogue. This is based on deliveries across the UK.

The added benefit with in-house delivery can also be realised where item tracking is concerned. Chasing a yet to be delivered item is never more than a quick phone call away, meaning extremely accurate ETA’s (estimated time of arrivals) and once a delivery is complete a signed POD (proof of delivery) will be emailed to whoever placed the order originally.
